I thought I'd lost him.

I got the owl from Dai and I thought I'd lost him. I only just found him - he can't leave me now. He's not allowed.

It makes me wonder about family

He had trouble getting to sleep last night. I'm not sure why he asked me to sing him a lullaby - that probably made it harder to sleep. He knows my voice isn't exactly amazing. Possibly amazingly bad

There's a part of me that wants to beg him not to go back into the field. But would I be willing to give up Quidditch? It's not exactly fluffy kittens either. He loves being out there with the dragons, and I love that about him.

But I was so scared that I'd lost him.

I'm twenty eight.

Everything I ever hoped for, and more, has happened for me. I'm the captain of the top ranked Quidditch team (though with Malfoy injured and me having to bring in a new Keeper...) I'm getting married.

I spent my birthday on the pitch with some of the new recruits for Keeper. One in particular shows promise. Terry Roberts In fact, he reminds me a little bit of Teddy.

After putting them through their paces, I went to Wales. I haven't done a darn thing for preparing for the wedding; we've talked a little bit about when to have it. It will have to be in the off-season, of course. I think I'd like it to be outside.

I need to start looking for a dress. And caterers. And venues.


... This is going to be a lot of work for one day.
